Former Xerox Exec Joins Magjak to Head Up New Direct Marketing Division

WESTCHESTER, May 2, 2007 -- Michael Messemer, a White Plains native, has joined Magjak Graphic Communication Services as Vice President of New Media.

In his new position Messemer will design and implement customized cross-channel marketing communication solutions. Using new one-to-one technologies dramatically increases response rates over traditional, stand-alone mass marketing programs. Magjak’s customized programs ensure that each recipient receives as targeted a communication as possible, while adding multiple mediums, such as web and SMS to maximize ROI. Magjak customers who have already used these new technologies include Fordham University, MasterCard International and Pitney Bowes.

Messemer is a former Solution Development Manager for Xerox Corporation where he was responsible for assisting customers with growing their digital volume by helping them sell new variable data, cross channel marketing and book printing programs. During his seven years with Xerox he supported numerous individualized communication programs for organizations such as Mercedes Benz, Mass Mutual, Rapp Collins and Prudential Financial. In 2006 Messemer was Xerox’ number one Solution Development Manager for advanced technologies in the United States.

The 11 years prior to joining Xerox he was the founder and President of Professional Graphics Systems and Services Inc, based in Elmsford. He was also an Apple Computer certified “Master of Media” presenter in the tri-state area for color management and color managed workflows. He also presented on behalf of Adobe Systems on color-managed workflows; “From PhotoShop to Illustrator to InDesign”.

Messemer has an extensive graphic arts background and expertise in color sciences, color managed workflows and deep industry knowledge and experience in variable data workflows and cross channel initiatives. As the Vice President of New Media at Magjak he will be focused on heading up promoting and composing 1:1 integrated, multi-touch marketing solutions for Magjak customers.
