How we did it:

Magjak provided Pitney Bowes’ Document Messaging Technologies (“DMT”) Division with a multi-channel marketing solution for inviting clients to an on-site open house that showcased DMT’s own breakthrough solutions in document creation and production workflow.

As part of the multi-channel solution, Magjak produced and mailed personalized direct mail and a follow up email blast to key DMT clients inviting them to an onsite open house held in May 2006. The direct mails and email invitations introduced the event and directed recipients to RSVP at their own personalized web sites that Magjak designed and deployed. The solution also let DMT track and monitor clients’ response to the invitation.

This multi-channel solution showcased another dimension of Magjak’s ability to integrate print and electronic media. Magjak is already providing sales representatives of Pitney Bowes’ DMT Division with an online solution that lets them customize brochures to meet individual customer needs.

Pitney Bowes DMT Division is a world leader in production mailing systems and its Digital Document Delivery solution for electronic billing enables customers to review, manage, and pay their bills online at a single, easy to use website. Leveraging and integrating its expertise in variable data technology and digital printing, Magjak’s online solution lets DMT sales reps electronically custom tailor brochures online to respond to an individual client’s needs. The solution not only saves time and money, but also allows sales reps to personalize print presentations for greater sales impact.
