What is included in the $1,595?
As an exhibitor you receive a heavily discounted pricing from the cost of a traditional postcard mailer, about 84% less which is equivalent to a savings of approximately $8,300! For less than 5 cents per buyer lead, everything is included in this one-time fee including:

  • FREE layout
  • printing
  • postage
  • mail handling
  • and exclusive contact with 14,000 buyers.

What are the dimensions and specifications of the card?
Cards measure up to 3.5" x 5-1/2" and print in full color on both sides on 8pt glossy on one side (see image). All exhibitor cards will then be packaged in clear cellophane together as a 'pack' and mailed to our exclusive list of 14,000 buyers.

Who is the cardpack mailed to?
The cardpack is mailed to 14,000 NSS pre-qualified buyers. These buyers are looking for new products and fresh ideas for their retail establishments.

When do the cardpacks get mailed?
Card's will arrive in buyer's hands 2-4 weeks before the show, right when buyers are planning their trips.

Positioning within the cardpack is on a 'first come, first serve' basis, so hurry and place your
order today to lock in your position early.

Can I reference other tradeshows on my card?
Only GLM shows can be listed. You can order additional cards and list as many shows as needed.

If I already have a postcard design, how/where do I send my design files?
You have two choices:

We support all major file types including:

  • Photoshop (300 dpi or higher)
  • Corel Draw 10x
  • MS Publisher

Please be sure to include all fonts and graphics used in your card design.

Can you help me with my other printing or mailing needs for the show?
Yes. Magjak Printing Corporation is an approved NSS pre-show marketing, printing and mailing partner.

Magjak provides a full suite of services including layout, design, printing and mailing. Magjak is also a bonded mailhouse, so you
may rent lists from George Little Management and have them sent to Magjak for mailing. Services include:

  • Full color, short-run printing - no minimum quantities
  • Personalized printing for higher response rates
  • Multi-channel campaigns using coordinated print, email and
    personalized web pages
  • 24-72 hour turnaround
  • Delivery of printed material to secure areas at show sites
