Magjak developed a mailing that was match-mailed to two sets of contacts in each of 30,000 schools nationwide. Each letter was personalized and presented on high quality letterhead paper stock. Magjak used offset presses to print the letter and matching envelopes and then personalized each with names and addresses for both recipients. The mailing was done to maximize efficiency which resulted in a per-piece postage cost of just 25 cents each. The entire project was printed, processed and mailed within three days of final client approval.
