Magjak was founded in 1980 in White Plains, New York to serve the printing and mailing needs of companies large and small in the local region. Magjak has expanded over the years and now occupies over 14,000 square feet in Port Chester, NY - conveniently located a few minutes from both Stamford, CT and New York City and offers both digital marketing services in addition to printing, mailing and fulfillment.

Bruce has been at the helm of Magjak for the past sixteen years. His hands-on style, extensive knowledge of cross channel communications and his sincere desire to achieve superlative results regardless of the size of the project, have secured him as an unparalleled resource for Magjak clients. Bruce's comprehensive industry experience includes data analytics, cross channel marketing, acquisition and loyalty programs, variable-content direct marketing, customized web-to-print applications, and business development through new market channels. Bruce holds a B.S. in Economics from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. He is the "go to guy" for those who understand that a successful marketing campaign requires a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with an eye on results.

Known as “Mr.G” , Jack was one of the founding partners of Magjak and is the ‘jak’ in Magjak (his wife Maggie is the ‘mag’). Mr. G is involved in various areas of the organization including estimating, quality control and finance.
Mr. G. brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, and has an extensive background in various industries, including previously owning a women's garment business in the heart of Manhattan. |

Tom is our technical leader with 24 years of experience in communication and marketing services environments involving digital and variable-data marketing, conventional offset printing, personalized e-mail, mobile messaging, personalized websites, custom web-based application design and development, custom data-processing workflows, cross-media and multi-channel marketing campaigns, and tracking and reporting systems. Tom's keen ability to evaluate potential marketing opportunities coupled with his rare talent for thinking both analytically and creatively, make him a strong partner for Magjak clients.

Richard is a results-driven leader with over 20 years experience in delivering managed business service solutions to mid-size and national accounts. In his previous position, he was responsible for having the executive privilege of servicing Grubb & Ellis Management Services’ largest client, IBM. His business units included large scale on-site support and off-site operations.
Today, Richard oversees all corporate activities and operations for Magjak. He is directly responsible for expanding on Magjak’s outsourcing solutions business. Richard holds a B.S. in Business Management.

Robert Ruckel, Client Services Manager

With more than 24 years experience in the print and graphic arts industry, Rob brings a depth of experience to Magjak that is nearly unmatched. In 2002 Rob was hired as a Customer Service Representative. Today, in his position as Client Services Manager, he works with three Magjak Client Service Reps to manage projects, coordinate production, and estimate costs. His direct hands-on customer contact experience has enabled him to take a job focused approach in his managerial position that keeps each project on budget and on time, top priorities for every Magjak customer. Rob's dedicated attitude and reliable support are what make him an invaluable member of the Magjak team. |

Stuart began his work with Magjak in March of 2006 initially handling client services. He brought with him vast experience as a multi-faceted professional handling direct mail, commercial print and e-commerce solutions for both medium and large companies. Currently he provides project management for clients following projects from the moment they enter the Magjak system through completion. His meticulous style enables him to provide detailed, viable options for customers and prospects, laying out the numerous ways the client's goals can be accomplished working with the various tools available through Magjak. His responsive style is what makes him a valuable asset to Magjak customers. Stuart is a member of the Direct Marketing Association Circulation Council, the Audit Bureau of Circulations, PIMNY, and Professionals in Production and Marketing. |

John's experience in the printing industry goes back to the mid 70's when he started as an Apprentice Compositor. He became an Account Executive for Magjak in 2004 and is responsible for sales, customer service, production management and quality control. Magjak customers have come to depend on John's quick response time, printing expertise and the integrity he brings to each and every job. John enjoys getting involved with area business organizations and is a member of the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and The Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. John's friendly style has made him a popular Account Executive at Magjak. |
